• Proactively source and qualify new leads and potential borrowers. • Make 20-30 outbound calls per day to real estate investors, builders, and property developers. • Engage potential clients to introduce New Silver’s short-term loan products. • Set appointments for the internal sales team by scheduling meetings with qualified leads. • Effectively manage lead data, ensuring proper follow-up and consistent communication with prospects. • Educate potential clients on how New Silver’s products can benefit their real estate investment or development projects.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, or financial services.
  • Experience in the U.S. real estate market is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Soft skills are crucial; we value a willingness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Neutral or light accent, as the role involves engaging with U.S.-based clients.
