• Assist the MLO with all originations and loan processing functions, providing administrative and operational support to both the MLO and borrowers. • Conduct preliminary research to support mortgage eligibility determinations. • Assist with pre-qualification and pre-approval activities as directed by the MLO. • Coordinate and schedule signing appointments. • Provide timely and professional customer service by communicating with borrowers. • Prepare loan files for submission to loan processing. • Perform data entry functions, including setting up new customer files and inputting application data. • Update and maintain the marketing and loan database for new loans. • Support the MLO’s marketing efforts by updating records. • Perform miscellaneous clerical and ad hoc duties as required to support the team.

Role Description You'll be a key part of our affiliate marketing team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our influencer program. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll help identify creators, get them set up as affiliates, and keep them active and posting. What You'll Do - Manage outreach to creators via Influencer Hero - Respond to inbound interest and onboard new affiliates - Send product, share creative direction, and support affiliates through their first post - Maintain ongoing relationships with active affiliates to drive repeat posting - Track weekly metrics: outreach sent, responses, onboards, and posts live Qualifications - Genuine interest in influencer and affiliate marketing - Strong communicator - warm, organized, and reliable - Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight - Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok as a user (creator experience a plus) - Experience with outreach or CRM tools a bonus, not required Requirements - Experience in a customer-facing or outreach role (sales, recruiting, PR, community management) - Prior work with influencer platforms, affiliate programs, or brand partnerships - Social media management or content creation experience — understanding the creator's perspective is a real advantage Benefits - $25 hour - ~10 hrs/week - Fully remote - Flexible scheduling - This role starts at $25/hour with real potential to grow.
