Sales Development Representative

• Lead publisher acquisition efforts across the French market, from prospecting to closing. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach and networking. • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, relationship building, proposal discussions, negotiation, and closing. • Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand Refinery89's presence in France. • Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing publishing partners. • Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM. • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Native-level French and professional fluency in English.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account acquisition, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and virtual meetings.
  • Strong prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly resilient.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
