Outreach

• Define and develop Outreach’s corporate development strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives • Identify acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities that expand product capabilities, market presence, and technical differentiation • Conduct market landscape analysis to inform build vs buy decisions • Lead end-to-end M&A execution including target sourcing, valuation modeling, diligence coordination, negotiation, and deal structuring • Build detailed financial models and present investment recommendations to executive leaders and BoD • Drive post-merger integration planning and execution • Ensure cultural alignment and operational continuity • Establish synergy targets and track performance post-close

Job Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or strategic finance
  • Proven track record leading complex M&A transactions from sourcing through integration
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
  • Ability to operate strategically while driving tactical execution
  • Experience presenting to executive teams and BoDs
  • Data driven and highly analytical
