SAP Project Manager

• Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams, including Technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance • Project will cover a range of cloud services and a variety of hyperscalers. Knowledge of the cloud is mandatory • Customers will be onboarding various SAP products. Knowledge of SAP applications is a plus • Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers. • Help manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations / solutions • Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement • Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience
- 5+ year of Technical Project/Program management experience
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
- 3+ years of experience within an SAP environment
- Assists with the development, updating and maintaining of procedures and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills including Excel
- A high standard for work ethic and quality is required
- Experience working with highly technical teams
- Strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.

Role Description The Project Manager supports the Account Manager by developing and implementing comprehensive project plans for sign design, manufacturing, and installation, while meeting budget and gross margin targets. This role collaborates closely with internal departments—such as Art, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production Control—to ensure projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Additionally, the Project Manager selects and manages subcontractors, negotiates pricing, oversees installation quality, and prepares final billing packages for approval.
