• Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines • Operate and harden our EKS clusters • Help own our RDS/Aurora Postgres fleet • Operate our Kafka platform • Help provision and operate our data lake • Support analytics-engineering workflows on dbt • Own and extend our infrastructure-as-code in Terraform • Help build security into the platform and pipelines • Contribute to and help mature our SOC 2 posture • Help mature our operational practices as we scale • Own observability alongside the team • Help drive cost efficiency across the AWS footprint
Job Requirements
- +5 years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure on AWS
- Demonstrated experience scaling infrastructure and operations through organizational growth
- Deep, practical Kubernetes experience
- Strong production experience with RDS/Aurora Postgres
- Solid command of CI/CD pipelines
- Fluency with infrastructure as code, especially Terraform
- A real security foundation
- Hands-on experience supporting SOC 2
- Experience provisioning and operating a cloud data warehouse or lakehouse
- Comfort working close to the systems

• Design, plan, and coordinate the implementation of network technologies in support of business and growth requirements. • Validate project requirements, define project scope, develop project schedules, and produce detailed network designs for assigned projects. • Produce work breakdown structures (WBS) that demonstrate understanding of proposed changes and how they will be implemented with minimal service impact. • Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems; build simulated networks in test labs to resolve significant issues and compatibility challenges. • Plan and drive complex network upgrade and migration activity, including highly automated environments and quarterly maintenance events involving multiple coordinated changes with diverse stakeholders. • Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation detailing the configuration of deployed solutions; generate network configurations and run books. • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to existing network team members and partner teams during outages and downtimes, where both technical and business communication skills are critical. • Collaborate with vendors to manage circuit delivery, problem resolution, and network migrations. • Other duties as required.
