Field Marketer, Events Coordinator

• Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing plan supporting lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify target accounts, define event objectives, and align event activities with GTM priorities. • Evaluate and recommend which annual conferences and trade shows to attend based on ROI and strategic impact. • Plan and launch regional meetups or customer events to build community and engagement. • Manage all event logistics, including booth design, shipping, travel, collateral, and on-site execution. • Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently. • Collaborate with the creative team on branded experiences, signage, giveaways, and pre/post-event campaigns. • Capture leads, feedback, and data from each event to continuously optimize performance. • Track event-driven leads, influence on pipeline, and ROI using CRM and marketing automation tools. • Work closely with Sales to ensure leads are properly followed up and attributed. • Design retention-focused activations at events — such as customer appreciation moments or live feedback sessions. • Analyze results, report on KPIs, and make data-informed recommendations for future events.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or B2B marketing (SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting strategic goals.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, creative, operations, and customer success teams.
- Willingness to travel.
- U.S. work authorization is required. This role is not available for sponsorship.
