Role Description The Project Specialist II leads small to medium healthcare IT implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of medical imaging solutions within Professional Services. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, coordinating resources, managing schedules, and driving project completion within established timelines and budgets. The Project Specialist II proactively ensures customers realize the full value of our software and services throughout their implementation journey, building trust through consistent delivery of milestones and effective stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for small to medium customer implementation projects, managing schedules, coordinating Professional Services resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion. - Serve as the primary project contact for customers, fostering strong relationships through transparent communication, proactive issue resolution, and regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments to ensure alignment and visibility across all stakeholders. - Collaborate across departments to coordinate implementation activities, resolve escalations, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services that meet customer expectations. - Manage project financial performance by tracking budgets, monitoring resource allocation, and ensuring projects remain within approved financial parameters while delivering quality outcomes. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in customer-facing delivery, implementation, or project coordination roles within technology or professional services environments. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines. - Strong organizational and planning capabilities with proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at operational and leadership levels. - Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and documentation standards. Requirements - Associate's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. - CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire. - Experience with healthcare IT implementations, medical imaging systems, or enterprise software deployments. - Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. - Up to 10% travel may be required. Benefits - The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - 80,000 USD per year within any geographic market in the USA. - Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. - Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered. - Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
