Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in the legal or litigation support industry, with a focus on customer success, account management, or client services. - Hands-on expertise with court filing and service of process - able to speak to attorneys about these services with authority. - Experience leading webinars and product demos for legal professionals. - Experience in selling or supporting the sale of litigation support services - understanding the full client lifecycle from prospect to ongoing transactions. - Proficient with Slack, Zendesk, and HubSpot (or similar CRM/support tools). - Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to adapt tone and style to the audience. - A natural connector who builds trust quickly and sustains it over time. Requirements - Ownership of the client relationship – From onboarding to escalation resolution, being the person clients and internal teammates count on to get things done. - Cross-functional and high-visibility role – Partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and the Lit Support team to ensure alignment and movement in the same direction. - Identifying gaps in the client experience and fixing them, designing scalable playbooks that set the foundation for a growing team. - Navigating court filing, service of process, multi-market client needs, and a fast-moving product environment where no two days look the same. • Serve as the primary contact for all State Party Chairs, Vice Chairs, and Executive Directors in the designated region • Support and coach State Leadership teams to set and achieve ambitious goals • Lead all communication to State Parties, including but not limited to holding regular state check-ins; routing requests for support; preparing briefings and background documents; convening regional online meetings; sending travel notifications and notifications regarding programs and partnership opportunities; and identifying opportunities to build strong two-way communication between State Parties and the ASDC. • Attend all State Party-related meetings, briefings, planning sessions, etc. • Work with State Parties to route requests for surrogates, both for virtual and in-person events, as well as for email sends, letters, social media posts, etc. • Travel to states in the region to provide support to State Parties with: strategic assessments and planning; fundraisers and conventions; trainings; key meetings; elections; and other events as needed/requested -- including potential electoral deployments in the final week(s) of a cycle. • Carry out national strategic imperatives in their assigned states and represent the interests of their states in national conversations • Help with the joint ASDC / DNC training program, including advising on training priorities; assisting with curriculum development; and facilitating in-state and regional training. • Work closely with all DNC departments to facilitate State Party support and brief departments on State Party activities, needs, and opportunities – e.g. coordinating with the DNC Tech Team on voter file updates; and coordinating with Communications and Research on lifting up Administration programs and achievements. • Work with the ASDC Executive Director and the DNC Political Department to administer the State Party Partnership (SPP) program – including conducting regular State Party check-ins; recommending opportunities for DNC support in service of the state’s core infrastructure; creating state-specific assessments and plans; and tracking progress on key deliverables. • Collaborate with all relevant DNC departments in the planning and development process for all national programs that involve or rely on State Parties. • All additional work assigned by the Executive Director. • Other duties as assigned to support the department and the DNC's mission.
