• Serve as the primary contact for all State Party Chairs, Vice Chairs, and Executive Directors in the designated region • Support and coach State Leadership teams to set and achieve ambitious goals • Lead all communication to State Parties, including but not limited to holding regular state check-ins; routing requests for support; preparing briefings and background documents; convening regional online meetings; sending travel notifications and notifications regarding programs and partnership opportunities; and identifying opportunities to build strong two-way communication between State Parties and the ASDC. • Attend all State Party-related meetings, briefings, planning sessions, etc. • Work with State Parties to route requests for surrogates, both for virtual and in-person events, as well as for email sends, letters, social media posts, etc. • Travel to states in the region to provide support to State Parties with: strategic assessments and planning; fundraisers and conventions; trainings; key meetings; elections; and other events as needed/requested -- including potential electoral deployments in the final week(s) of a cycle. • Carry out national strategic imperatives in their assigned states and represent the interests of their states in national conversations • Help with the joint ASDC / DNC training program, including advising on training priorities; assisting with curriculum development; and facilitating in-state and regional training. • Work closely with all DNC departments to facilitate State Party support and brief departments on State Party activities, needs, and opportunities – e.g. coordinating with the DNC Tech Team on voter file updates; and coordinating with Communications and Research on lifting up Administration programs and achievements. • Work with the ASDC Executive Director and the DNC Political Department to administer the State Party Partnership (SPP) program – including conducting regular State Party check-ins; recommending opportunities for DNC support in service of the state’s core infrastructure; creating state-specific assessments and plans; and tracking progress on key deliverables. • Collaborate with all relevant DNC departments in the planning and development process for all national programs that involve or rely on State Parties. • All additional work assigned by the Executive Director. • Other duties as assigned to support the department and the DNC's mission.

• Assist with and coordinate the formulation and promulgation of policies, rules and procedures • Administers the safety protection programs as they apply to employee protection, public safety, equipment and property protection, occupational health and hazardous waste, and substance control • Interface closely with Sector Field Coordinators, project field supervision, and employees to implement the corporate safety program • Serves as technical advisor to Corporate Management and Field Supervision • Responsible for managing staff of safety professionals • Responsible for corporate safety and health program management, design and continual improvement • Monitors construction activities and advises management on compliance with applicable regulatory rules, regulations and/or laws • Manage the company safety training curriculum to include development of training courses and teaching of training sessions • Responsible for all company claims management functions • Travel to various job locations

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially-driven Director of Retail to build and scale our retail channel where the brand shows up in the world while ensuring disciplined, profitable growth. This role spans two core areas: pop-up activations and the launch of Lola Blankets’ first owned brick-and-mortar stores. Core Responsibilities - Pop-Up Strategy & Execution: - Manage the execution for all pop-up activations—short-term and long-term—including site buildout oversight, logistics, staffing, and customer experience. - Track performance and apply learnings to future activations. - Owned Retail Stores: - Manage the launch and buildout of Lola Blankets’ first owned brick-and-mortar locations from concept to build out. - Advise on staffing plans, and KPIs; ensure a premium, immersive customer experience that reflects the brand’s luxury comfort positioning. - Use store performance data and customer insights to inform broader commercial and brand strategies. - Team Leadership: - Execute on defined retail revenue targets; build, manage, and develop a high-performing retail team across all locations. - Execute on KPIs and reporting frameworks; provide regular insights and recommendations to the Head of Commercial on growth opportunities, risks, and market trends. - Partner with Brand and Marketing to align channel strategies with product launches, storytelling, and customer acquisition. Based remotely with a preference for Utah or New York. Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed for retail meetings, store openings, and pop-up activations.
