• Own the developer growth motion • Define and own key metrics across the developer journey • Identify friction across the OSS, cloud, and self-serve experience • Develop hypotheses and run experiments to improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and expansion • Own messaging and positioning for Phoenix and self-serve AX • Clarify Phoenix’s role in the AI evaluation, observability, and agent development ecosystem • Build technical content that supports key moments in the developer journey • Engage with the Phoenix and broader AI developer community to understand needs and surface insights • Use AI-native workflows to monitor ecosystem signals, synthesize feedback, and ship quickly
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years in developer marketing, product marketing, developer relations, or a technical/product role with strong go-to-market instincts
- Comfortable reading and working with code, APIs, and developer tools
- Strong technical writing skills
- Experience with AI/ML tooling, observability, or developer workflows
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflows
- Hands-on executor who ships fast

Role Description Drive the future of autonomous driving by solving complex, on-road challenges across the behavior stack. In this high-visibility role, you’ll have a broad view of Waymo's operations, from fleet management to release deployment, as you engineer scalable solutions for one of two critical domains: - Service Quality Reasoning: Protect Waymo's brand across pickups, drop-offs, and compliance around emergency and civic vehicles. - Intersection & Pedestrian Reasoning: Focus on mitigating safety risks in high-stakes environments.
