Role Description As the Senior Product Designer , you will own the visual and UX design of the Hub experience end-to-end. This includes designing everything from notifications, footers, in-product widgets, dashboards, and internal tools to future user-facing acquisition and conversion surfaces. You will be the design owner inside a small, cross-functional squad, working closely with Product and Engineering to shape intuitive, high-quality experiences from concept through implementation. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working independently across both interaction design and visual execution, without needing a tandem partner for day-to-day delivery. This is a senior individual contributor role, not a people management role. We are looking for someone with strong product thinking, excellent craft, and the confidence to move work forward with a high degree of autonomy. Responsibilities - Design clear, intuitive, and scalable interfaces for both customers and internal users. - Own design work end-to-end across the Hub surface, from early exploration through final delivery. - Translate product needs and user problems into thoughtful interaction flows, wireframes, and polished visual designs. - Develop and maintain a design system that supports consistency across surfaces and products. - Work closely with front-end developers to ensure a high-quality implementation and strong design-to-build collaboration. - Use AI-assisted design workflows to speed up ideation, prototyping, iteration, and exploration. - Participate in user research, usability validation, and feedback loops to improve design quality and product outcomes. - Contribute to a clear written and visual design process, including rationale, handoff, and iteration decisions. - Help shape a product experience that feels coherent across multiple products and brand touchpoints. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS, platform, marketplace, or consumer product environments. - Strong in both UX and visual design, able to think through flows and interactions while also delivering polished final interfaces. - Proven experience shipping digital products at scale, ideally in SaaS or product-led environments. - Comfortable owning design work independently in a fast-moving, cross-functional setup. - Proficiency in modern design tools, especially Figma. - Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering, with a good understanding of implementation constraints and handoff quality. - Daily user of AI-augmented design workflows; comfort with advanced AI tools is strongly preferred. - Reliable, autonomous, and detail-oriented. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Requirements - At any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for. Unfortunately, we are unable to support relocation packages or sponsorship visas. ESG At team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do. Our latest impact report showcases our ongoing ESG efforts and ambitious sustainability goals. Interested in learning more about our dedication to making a positive impact? Check it out here .
