Homa

Role Description As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in powering data-driven decisions across the entire company. You will partner closely with the Data Platform team, data engineers, and game teams to own, evolve, and scale the central analytics tools that every team at Homa relies on daily. - Own and evolve Homa’s core analytics dashboards: ensure they are accurate, trusted, and continuously improved so every team can make fast, confident decisions. - Guarantee data quality and consistency across all data surfaces (Tableau dashboards, web tools, internal apps), one source of truth, no exceptions. - Support hybrid game analytics when needed, run ad hoc analyses for game teams and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. - Identify and build new visualizations and tools based on stakeholder needs: own the full scope from scoping to production deployment. - Drive the rollout of self-service analytics in collaboration with the Data Platform team: building query templates and validation layers that give teams direct access to game data through AI-powered tools. This is a great opportunity to own tools used by the entire company, gain direct exposure to gaming product analytics, and be part of Homa’s GenAI data transformation from day one. Qualifications - Solid data manipulation skills: proficient in SQL and Python, comfortable transforming and modeling raw data from multiple sources into clean, analysis-ready datasets. - 3+ years of proven experience in data analytics in the tech industry. - Hands-on deployment and production experience: shipped data work to production using modern tooling like dbt, Airflow, and GitHub (or equivalents). - BI tool expertise (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent): build and maintain complex dashboards independently and make smart visualization decisions. - Strong stakeholder data translation: convert business questions into scoped, realistic deliverables and know what to prioritize when bandwidth is limited. - Production mindset: own what you build, monitor it, and ensure it keeps working long after launch. - Comfort operating at scale: worked with high-volume datasets where performance, cost, and reconciliation across sources matter. Requirements - Bonus points if you have experience in B2C industries with high data volume (gaming, streaming, e-commerce). - Early exposure to GenAI or LLM-based tools in a data workflow context. - Gaming industry knowledge or strong interest in mobile games and player behavior. Benefits - 🏥 Comprehensive Benefits: Depending on your location, enjoy a range of perks such as insurance, meal vouchers, public transport, gym memberships, and more. - 🏢 Paris HQ Access: Enjoy a desk at our private office in a well-located WeWork building with access to WeWork perks like rooftop view and designed coworking spaces. - 🌍 Coworking Access: Access WeWork spaces throughout Europe, along with all their perks and professional office environments. - 🌐 Global Team: Collaborate in English with top-tier talent from 35+ countries, spanning Europe, the UK, the US, and more. - ✈️ Team Gatherings: Join us for occasional team gatherings, off-site retreats (Workations) to connect, recharge, and celebrate. - 📈 Performance Reviews: Every six months, reflect on your progress, recognize achievements, and align on clear development goals. - 💻 Equipment Support: From day one, receive everything needed to do your best work, including a home office setup allowance if working remotely.
