Escalate anything that touches dbt models or schema to the Interim Head of Analytics. • Write SQL to spot-check numbers, audit data quality, and answer one-off questions from the business. • Maintain and update the entity-relationship documentation for the Mart layer as the schema evolves. • Reconcile reported numbers against source systems (Sabal, Atlantis, Paylocity, Sonar, Retreaver) when discrepancies are flagged. • Own a clean, organized backlog of business requests and known issues so nothing falls through the cracks.
