This is an opportunity to build something meaningful - shaping not just products, but a new model of connected cancer care at scale. Key Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Vision - Own and articulate a compelling product vision across Perci’s platform, ensuring alignment with our clinical mission and commercial strategy. - Define, prioritise and manage the product roadmap across Perci’s core product suite. - Ensure priorities balance member experience, business goals and clinical requirements. - Translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives, roadmaps and measurable outcomes. - Product Leadership & Team Development - Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and future product function hires. - Build a culture of curiosity, experimentation, accountability and member-centred design. - Identify capability gaps and support hiring as Perci scales. - Product Discovery & User Experience - Lead product discovery and user research activities across members, clinicians, partners and internal stakeholders. - Partner closely with the Head of Clinical Outcomes to ensure product decisions are informed by clinical evidence and safety requirements. - Centralise and manage user feedback, ensuring insights inform prioritisation and future roadmap development. - Product Delivery & Operations - Own quarterly initiative planning and product operating rhythms. - Drive high-quality product releases with speed and confidence within an agile environment. - Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and effective delivery. - Data, Performance & Continuous Improvement - Own product KPIs relating to engagement, adoption, experience and operational performance. - Partner with the Head of Clinical Outcomes on clinical outcome measures and shared success metrics. - Use data to drive prioritisation and continuous improvement decisions. - Regularly communicate progress, outcomes and roadmap updates to the executive team and board. - Cross-functional Leadership - Act as the connective tissue across clinical, operations, technology and commercial teams. - Partner with the Head of Clinical Outcomes to translate clinical models into scalable digital products and operational workflows. - Help shape the future operating model for the Product organisation as Perci scales. Qualifications - 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment. - Demonstrable track record of building and shipping user-facing digital products at scale, from discovery and definition through to successful market adoption. - Experience leading the full product lifecycle across digital products and service experiences, with comfort owning not only software delivery but also the broader workflows and experiences surrounding it, including operational processes, clinician workflows and patient-facing journeys. - Strong people leadership skills with experience hiring, developing, and retaining Product Managers, product designers, and user researchers in a fast-growing environment. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting product strategy and outcomes to C-suite leaders, clinicians, and external investors. - Highly data-driven, with deep familiarity with product analytics frameworks, KPI setting, and evidence-based prioritisation methodologies (e.g. RICE, ICE, OKRs). Requirements - Experience working within a regulated environment with an appreciation for clinical governance and patient safety considerations. - Experience defining and designing an emergent product in a new category, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and shape a compelling product direction where no established playbook exists. - Prior experience within a Series A–C company, with a proven track record of scaling product teams and platforms through periods of rapid growth and increasing organisational complexity. - Familiarity with B2B2C business models, and experience building products that serve both professional (clinician/payer) and consumer (patient) audiences simultaneously.
