Job Description

Community Liaison

Autism Behavior Support

• Support Mindcolor’s growth by serving as the 'face' of the organization in the community. • Conduct a minimum of 100 in-person meetings per month with potential referral sources. • Conduct regular 'drops' to distribute branded marketing materials and leave a positive, lasting impression of Mindcolor’s mission. • Identify and qualify new referral opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for potential community partners. • Assist in hosting and attending community marketing events to build brand awareness. • Maintain consistent contact with prospective sources to provide updates on center progress and intake availability. • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate list of referral sources and outreach activities using Google Sheets or CRM software. • Provide regular updates to the Director of Growth and Partnerships on meeting quotas, lead quality, and community feedback. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all materials and messaging align with Mindcolor’s scope of services and values. • Foster relationships with other disciplines to facilitate holistic care for prospective clients. • Assist Center Directors in existing regions with localized community.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales, community outreach, or physician liaison roles (ABA experience is a plus).
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within Wisconsin and other states where Mindcolor has a presence as needed.
  • Reliable transportation required for daily 'drops' and meetings.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, and engage in frequent movement to respond quickly in various scenarios.
  • Ability to process complex information and act in a professional manner at all times.

Role Description Atlantic Union Bank is hiring Mortgage Loan Officers focusing on Tidewater Market, VA! Position Description: - Originates and completes mortgage loan applications. - Submits loan files to processing. - Provides the highest level of customer service to our customers. - Designs and implements a comprehensive business plan to increase sales and build relationships with referral sources. Position Accountabilities: - Completes telephone, mail-away, and face-to-face Loan Applications with clients. - Approves loan disclosures for distribution to clients. - Ensures all required fields in the application are completed, including all third-party information prior to approval. - Determines proper program placement of a loan file (i.e. FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, etc.). - Prices loans and locks rates as per Company policy. - Reviews returned applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. - Runs AUS and reviews for findings and required documentation. - Prepares requested Pre-Qualifications as per Company policy. - Orders credit reports, appraisals, and title requests. - Conducts regular follow-ups with clients and referral sources. - Maintains regular communication with applicants throughout the processing period. - Assists applicants with any questions and notifies them of any additional information required. - Submits loan file allowing for stated turn times and works in conjunction with assigned Processor. - Maintains a pipeline of all loans in process, tracks their progress, and meets all contractual deadlines. - Assists all parties including the Processor during the entire process. - Meets or exceeds minimum production requirements. - Attends all settlements when possible. - Completes annual Business Plan and meets regularly with Sales Manager. - Keeps informed of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment. - Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years loan officer experience, or industry equivalent if Sales Manager or Branch Manager deem history acceptable. - NMLS registration required. - Proven ability to read, write, and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position. - Ability to generate independent leads for new business and professionally communicate with existing and past clients. - Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry. - Strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines. Requirements - Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. - This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
