• Operate within project-specific frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional team members, including product managers, UX designers, and front-end developers • Recommend and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement • Develop and implement new features, as well as enhance and optimize existing functionalities • Partner with product owners to translate strategic objectives into actionable backlog items • Engage with end users to address feature requests and resolve reported issues • Formulate and enforce rigorous testing methodologies

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge of other programming language at an intermediate level
  • Competence in Linux
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience in developing software solutions in network or security areas, understanding of the domain
  • Experience in Docker containerization technology
  • Experience in working with end users
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform services (appreciated)
  • Experience in implementing end-to-end testing pipelines (appreciated)

Role Description At Trinetix we are looking for a Senior .NET FullStack Developer to join our team on a long-term project for a US-based client operating in the Healthcare domain. This project is specialized in agile, community-based healthcare delivery, bridging the gap between massive, crowded trauma centers and basic urgent care clinics. - Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) in backend and React or Angular in frontend - Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas - Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems - Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, stakeholders) to translate requirements into tech solutions - Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.) - Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions - Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements - Support claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development roles. - Strong proficiency in .NET / C# and at least one frontend framework, React or Angular. - Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design. - Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT. - Experience with healthcare data standards, in specific with HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc) is a must. - Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, provider dataflows). - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
