Role Description The Operations Supervisor is responsible for all strategic operational decisions within the division related to facilities, fleet, purchasing, forecasting, operational management, and vendor relationships. This position will supervise staff responsible for the day-to-day operations of this assigned administration ensuring all operational activities are completed and payments are reconciled and paid within approved time frames. Additionally, this role involves: - Providing leadership, technical assistance, and training to staff. - Reviewing all operational costs and forecasting operational spending and future funding needs. - Ensuring spending and payments align with available fund sources and division strategic plans. - Potential remote work within Arizona based on business needs. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration. - 3 years' experience dealing with complex financial issues; OR - 1 year as a Financial Analyst 2; OR - 2 years as a Financial Analyst 1 in AZ state government. - Supervisory experience is desirable.
