CBT

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to Spanish-speaking customers. • Assist with inquiries about products, services, warranties, and technical support. • Provide effective, professional, and efficient solutions. • Accurately document and manage customer interactions. • Act as a true brand ambassador, maintaining the prestige and values of a globally respected automotive company.

Job Requirements

  • German at C2 level (native or near-native proficiency).
  • English at B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Good computer skills and adaptability to different tools and platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already residing there (relocation fully supported).
