Role Description Our client, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is partnering with one of the world's largest online travel platforms. We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Travel Agent to join their team in Athens, either on-site or remotely. In this role, you'll support travelers and accommodation partners worldwide, ensuring smooth booking experiences and excellent service. - Handle incoming customer and partner queries via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English - Assist with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general travel-related issues - Provide guidance on platform tools, policies, and procedures - Log all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and follow-up - Identify issues, resolve them quickly, and escalate when necessary - Maintain professionalism and empathy, particularly in stressful situations - Consistently meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications - Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written) - Strong computer and multitasking skills - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Requirements - Previous customer service, travel, or hospitality experience (considered a great asset) Benefits - Competitive Salary - 50€ Meal Voucher - Monthly Performance Bonus - Private Life and Health Insurance - 25 days of Annual Leave - Relocation package for candidates relocating from abroad, including travel expenses and initial accommodation
