- Sólidos conocimientos de Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID y gestión de identidades híbridas.
- Experiencia avanzada en Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot y gestión moderna de dispositivos.
- Administración de Microsoft SCCM/MECM y escenarios de co-management.
- Experiencia en Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive y Microsoft Teams.
- Conocimientos de Acceso Condicional, MFA, PIM y seguridad de identidades.
- Experiencia en Power Automate y Power Apps para automatización y digitalización de procesos.
- Administración de Windows Server y entornos Hyper-V.
- Experiencia en gestión de parcheado, hardening y soporte avanzado de sistemas Windows.
- Capacidad para resolver incidencias complejas y participar en proyectos de transformación tecnológica.
