HRIS Support Administrator – 6-Month FTC

• Producing regular HR reporting dashboards using HR datasets to support decision-making • Responding to ad hoc data analysis requests from senior HR stakeholders and leadership • Supporting data integrity and reporting requirements within Sage People • Managing system updates and mass data uploads related to organisational changes and M&A activity • Acting as the first point of contact for HR system and process queries
Job Requirements
- You will have 1–2 years’ experience in a system support or HRIS support role, handling user queries
- You will have hands-on systems experience with Sage People or Salesforce
- You will be confident in creating, analysing, and presenting data to stakeholders
- You will have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to an advanced level
- You will ideally have experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
