• Build and maintain software applications in our suite of enterprise software products • Work with product managers and designers to brainstorm bottom-up solutions to novel problems • Collaborate with AI engineers to efficiently utilize commercial large language model (LLM) APIs • Continuously improve the code quality, extensibility, scalability, and test coverage of software projects • Make architecture and cloud-engineering decisions in conjunction with other engineers • Develop and improve infrastructure-as-code stacks, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability tools • Improve internal developer tools, workflows, and best practices to enhance team efficiency • Provide consistent feedback to management regarding the quality of the team, the state of the tech stack, and relationships with stakeholders • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the entire application stack • Mentor junior team members • Participate in incident response and disaster recovery efforts • Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day activities • Other duties as assigned

• Drive the development of scalable, high-performance infrastructure to support mission-critical applications, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency across all systems. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating code deployment processes to streamline delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, machine learning engineers and product managers, to translate system requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure solutions. • Lead by example through mentoring and advocating for DevOps best practices, ensuring infrastructure is maintainable, reusable, and secure. • Optimize system performance through advanced monitoring, logging, and observability techniques, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues. • Stay at the forefront of DevOps tools and methodologies, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to continuously improve the infrastructure stack. • Write and maintain clean, scalable, and testable infrastructure code that adheres to modern DevOps standards, ensuring a robust and secure production environment.

• Monitor OCI service health, logs, dashboards, and alerts. • Troubleshoot platform issues and customer environment concerns. • Support development teams with infrastructure questions and deployment needs. • Manage CI/CD pipeline performance and resolve deployment failures. • Execute provisioning, onboarding, and configuration requests. • Update documentation and architecture artifacts as infrastructure evolves. • Participate in standups, planning meetings, and technical reviews. • Review OCI consumption reports, billing dashboards, and cost optimization opportunities. • Conduct IAM, security, and credential audits. • Evaluate reference architecture environments for configuration drift and required updates. • Refine deployment methodologies, runbooks, and onboarding documentation. • Assess Oracle OCI roadmap updates and emerging platform capabilities. • Contribute technical documentation, architecture guidance, and internal knowledge-sharing content.
