What you will do: - Serve as the strategic architect and lead owner of our technology ecosystem, ensuring our operational data is accurate and reliable across all platforms. - Create and maintain the live intelligence dashboards that help our leadership team make informed, data-driven decisions. - Identify and eliminate manual friction by deploying smart workflows across our Client Services and Delivery functions. - Design and implement next-generation AI solutions, including automated alerts and intelligent reporting tools. - Partner with external specialists and AI experts to bring custom technical solutions to life. - Empower our teams to embrace new technology by tracking usage and ensuring our tools are truly adding value. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in operations technology, RevOps, IT operations, or data engineering, ideally in an agency or services environment. - Comfortable managing and governing platforms like Scoro and HubSpot. - Track record of building automated workflows and data pipelines. - Familiar with automation and AI tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier. - Talent for turning raw operational data into clear, actionable insights. - Fluent in English. Requirements - Understanding of the unique workflow and business challenges of a creative services agency is a plus. - Experience deploying LLM-powered tools or agentic AI solutions is a plus. - Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to help different teams succeed through technology.
