Job Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service across multiple channels is required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual level) is required
- Prior experience working with demanding customers and British services is preferred
- Solid understanding of IT and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Willingness and flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (+1 hour break) including late shifts and weekends
