Role Description We’re looking for a Remote Chat Support Representative to help customers through our online chat system. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating, typing quickly, and solving problems. You’ll answer questions, guide customers through product choices, track orders, and provide a friendly, helpful experience, all from the comfort of your home.
