Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline; Master’s degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering with proven track record of technical leadership
- Demonstrated experience building enterprise-scale data solutions and frameworks
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy
- Expert Python skills including inheritance, reflection, meta-programming, and advanced design patterns
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data solution development
- Expert knowledge of Apache Spark, PySpark, Kafka, and distributed computing concepts
- Deep proficiency in Azure data services (Databricks, Azure Functions, Event Hubs), architecture, and cloud-native solutions
- Advanced expertise in relational database design, star schema modeling, and data warehousing concepts
- Proven experience implementing AI-powered solutions and automation frameworks at enterprise scale
- Strong system design and architecture skills for complex data solutions and microservices
