Team Assistant – CTO

• Efficiently manage and coordinate complex schedules for the CS Heads. • Arrange meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones. • Maintain and update administrative assistance processes and organizational charts. • Arrange domestic and international travel for the executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries. • Track and organize travel expenses for timely and accurate reporting. • Raise purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner. • Process and reconcile expense reports for the executives in compliance with company policies. • Act as the first point of contact for the supported executives, handling correspondence and inquiries professionally. • Work closely with the CTO’s Executive Assistant to streamline communication and processes.
Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years in an administrative or executive assistant role within a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, raising POs and processing expense reports.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, with a "can-do" and "go-to" attitude.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Role Description We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer to lead and scale our technology organization during a pivotal phase of growth. You’ll be joining a company that has already surpassed $20M in annual revenue and is on a clear trajectory to exceed $50M in annual revenue over the next few years. This is an opportunity to join a business with real traction and significant growth momentum. You will own execution across our core technology platform, including payments infrastructure, data systems, and internal tools, with a focus on improving velocity, reliability, and scalability. We are looking for a product-minded technology leader who thinks beyond systems and infrastructure, and understands how technology decisions directly impact customer experience, revenue growth, and long-term market differentiation. We value a builder mentality and at this stage of the company, success will come from a leader who knows how to scale from 1 to 10 by operationalizing and maturing products for growth, reliability, and scale. You should bring new ideas and a forward-looking perspective, including the ability to evaluate and introduce AI and other emerging technologies where they drive real business value. This is a hands-on role for a leader who can operate across architecture and delivery, drive execution in complex environments, and build structure and momentum across teams. Role Description We are looking for a CTO / Tech Team Lead to anchor the engineering and AI vision of AI Learning Labs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the technical north star, architect the AI/ML and full-stack systems that power our learning platforms, and build a mission-driven engineering culture from the ground up. You will lead a team of AI/ML engineers and full-stack developers, partner closely with product, design and pedagogy teams, and own the technology roadmap end to end from compact, client-side LLMs that work on low-end devices, to the platforms that bring those models to millions of learners. Qualifications - 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or full-stack systems and leading or growing engineering teams. - Expert-level programming skills in Python and strong command of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines and vector search. - Strong full-stack engineering depth — modern frontends (React / Next.js / Vue), backends (Node.js / Express or Python / FastAPI / Django / Flask), databases, and cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure). - Experience designing for low-resource, on-device or offline-first environments (a strong plus, given our learner context). - Believes technology can and should be a force for social equity, and is excited to apply their craft to education for underserved communities.
