Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will inherit a lean team of execution specialists (social media, graphic design, customer service). This is not a role for a "superstar" supervisor who only looks at dashboards; we need an entrepreneurial leader with a startup mindset who loves getting their hands dirty in the marketing "architecture" before delegating. Qualifications - 4-7+ Years of Marketing Experience: Deep experience within the E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) space is required. Startup or high-growth brand experience is highly preferred. - Proven ability to design high-level multi-channel strategies while possessing the technical capability to jump into tools and execute campaigns when needed. - Solid understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search/Shopping/YouTube), SEO, Email Marketing CRM systems, and Web Analytics. - Previous experience scaling physical consumer products, specifically in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer electronics, is a major plus. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies. - Experience building and managing marketing teams. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred - Experience growing consumer brands internationally. - Experience managing multi-country marketing campaigns. - Background in beauty, skincare, wellness, consumer products, or related industries. - Familiarity with European consumer markets and marketing preferences.
