Role Description Votre objectif : Animer l’action 4 du projet AgroOpenLab « Ajuster les formations et reconnaitre les compétences » en s’appuyant sur les Ateliers du Faire. - Accompagner différents acteurs de l’établissement pour l’ajustement et la création de formations s’appuyant sur les Ateliers du Faire. - Identifier et reconnaître les compétences des apprenants acquises dans ces Ateliers. - Animer le travail de l’axe 4 du projet Agro Open Lab en faisant le lien entre les agents des différents services concernés. - Accompagner les travaux sur la reconnaissance des nouvelles compétences des apprenants développées dans les Ateliers du Faire. - Accompagner la rénovation en cours du cursus d’ingénieur pour l’intégration des nouvelles pédagogies et des nouvelles compétences issues des Ateliers du Faire. - Appuyer la création des Formations Continues prévues par le projet à partir des 14 Ateliers pérennes. Qualifications - Jeune diplômé.e bac + 5, ingénieur ou master, ou professionnel.le en ingénierie pédagogique et/ou en ingénierie de formation. - Sens et goût prononcé pour la pédagogie et la conduite de projet. - Travail de coordination entre acteurs et élaboration de formation. Requirements - Compétences en Ingénierie de formation. - Compétences sur les dispositifs de reconnaissance des compétences acquises par apprenants. - Compétences dans l’accompagnement à la réflexivité des apprenants. - Connaissances sur le public de l’enseignement supérieur. - Connaissances sur les démarches pédagogiques. - Connaissances sur la formation en agronomie et agroalimentaire.
