Role Description We’re looking for paid participants to record themselves completing everyday activities from the comfort of their own homes using a head strap and their own smartphone! Your videos will help train robotics systems to better perceive, understand, and interact with real-world environments. - Your objective is to capture footage of your arms, hands, and fingers interacting with objects and your environment. - Film via head strap + your own smartphone video camera, for between 5 to 45 minutes at a time. - Perform basic quality checks before submitting, upload footage to a designated Google Drive folder. - Get paid! Qualifications - Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully. - Comfortable performing everyday tasks on camera. - Reliable with consistent uploads. Requirements - 1099 contractor position. You must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. No OPT or CPT. - Must own a smartphone with wide-angle lens/camera and able to record in 1080p 30 FPS at minimum. - Must have a strong internet speed to upload videos. - Must review and follow all provided filming guidelines. Benefits - $17.00 per hour of approved, usable footage produced in accordance with acceptance criteria. - Most earners deliver usable footage, and if not, feedback is provided. - Get a $10.00 headgear bonus when you upload your first video within 7 days of starting! - Paid at the end of each month. What to Expect - Flexible, self-paced work — film on your own schedule. Role Description As Pregis accelerates automation adoption across Strategic, Enterprise, and Corporate AM&B customers, integration readiness, technical alignment, and change management are essential to successful deployments. The Automation Integration Specialist is a hybrid technical and customer-facing leader with a solutions engineering mindset. This role owns integration readiness, onsite and remote project development, and technical documentation while partnering closely with customer IT, engineering, and operations teams as well as internal process and engineering organizations. Key Responsibilities - Sales Enablement & Change Management - Enable Sales teams by owning pre-sales solutioning, post-sale execution, client adoption, and volume ramp. - Own process coordination from trial through post-sale execution and adoption. - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Applications, Operations, and Field Service. - Lead change management for customers and internal teams. - Automation Integration Leadership - Own integration strategy and execution for customer automation initiatives. - Serve as the primary technical interface between Pregis and customer IT, engineering, and operations teams. - Support WMS, ERP, API, and data-flow integrations required for automation success. - Project Management, Development & Documentation - Lead onsite and remote development of automation integration projects. - Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices. - Partner with Project Management to align technical scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies. - Engineering, Process & Change Management - Work heavily with Pregis engineering, automation, and process teams to ensure scalable and repeatable solutions. - Translate customer operational needs into technical requirements and integration plans. - Support customer and internal change management to ensure successful adoption and sustained outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, or related field. - Lean Six Sigma Belt or Project Management (PMP) Certificate a plus. - Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Operations. - Solution Engineering mindset: Strong technical aptitude with customer-facing integration ownership. - Exceptional written and verbal communication and documentation skills. - Proven people-leadership and project prioritization experience a plus. - Strong change-management and stakeholder-influence skills.
