Role Description This position focuses exclusively on commercial real estate investment sales transactions for our Loan Sales team. ISA Analysts have the opportunity to engage in all stages of the transaction lifecycle, including: - Underwriting - Market research - Property tours - Preparation of offering memorandums - Marketing and term sheet negotiation - Closing processes - Client interactions The role operates within a high-energy, team-focused environment that provides excellent foundational experience in commercial real estate capital markets.
