Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets are preferred.

Director of Mission Operations Location: REMOTE - Atlanta, GA, USA Full-Time Remote Salary: $130,000 USD per year Travel Required: Yes Description Reporting to the Vice President, Mission Operations, the Director, Mission Operations provides strategic leadership, direction and support to Regional/State/Area Executive Directors, Program Directors, field employees and volunteers regarding fiscal responsibility, victim services oversight, capacity building, public policy support, underage drinking prevention, fund development and staff & volunteer management, including advisory board development, to ensure implementation of MADD’s strategic plan and fulfillment of MADD’s mission. This a fully remote position, with an annual salary of $130,000. RESPONSIBILITIES - Recruit, train, develop, manage, and provide leadership to Regional/State/Area Executive Directors, mission operation employees and volunteers. Assist state leadership in the development of strategic capacity building plans for staff and volunteers to enable future growth. - Ensure that the Area and State employee and volunteer demographics also reflect the demographics of the population served by the organization. - Develop, implement, and sustain an Advisory Board, based on MADD’s volunteer management model, for all states without Executive Director leadership.
