Role Description We are seeking an Operations Technology & Systems Engineer to own and improve the reliability, integrity, and performance of the systems that run our business operations from customer checkout through warehouse fulfillment. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role responsible for building Lola’s order flow monitoring infrastructure from scratch, delivering new technical capabilities such as pre-sales, and serving as Lola’s internal technical expert. This role sits at the intersection of operations and technology, so the ideal candidate has both experience in early-stage execution and best practice engineering. It will eventually sit within a centralized Tech & Systems function; but until that happens, you must be comfortable being the primary technical resource in support of Lola’s operations. This role will report directly to the Head of Operations.
