• Own the day-to-day execution of the IT operations program • Turn compliance and security architecture into auditable, reliable operations • Manage systems across Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform • Ensure compliance-grade IT operations for engagement with regulators and investors • Build auditable controls, controlled-data architecture, and operational discipline • Make decisions that support the company's data, identity, and endpoint posture • Run a Jira help desk and coordinate cybersecurity incident response

Job Requirements

  • 8–10 years of IT experience
  • 2–3 years in a lead role
  • Hands-on time inside a formal external audit in a cloud-first environment
  • Deep working knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint Online
  • Hands-on GCP exposure
  • Controlled-data segregation in an NRC, DOE, defense, or comparably regulated environment
  • Operating SSO across a SaaS portfolio
  • Industry-recognized security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, GIAC, Microsoft SC certifications, or Certified CMMC Professional) is preferred
  • Experience with Power Automate and Python would be great
  • Familiarity with software asset management platforms (Okta, Productiv, or Zylo) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Claude or comparable enterprise AI tools is desired
