Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy stable, secure, and scalable automation solutions using UiPath and REFramework following industry best practices. - Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks. - Build attended and unattended automations using UiPath Studio, REFramework, and related automation technologies. - Develop automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase operational consistency. - Deploy, monitor, and maintain automations through UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, logging, and asset configuration. - Leverage UiPath Automation Suite capabilities to develop enterprise-grade automations across cloud and on-premises environments. - Develop and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences to support AI-assisted workflows and user-guided automation. - Implement Document Understanding solutions using OCR, machine learning models, and intelligent document processing techniques. - Support intelligent automation initiatives utilizing AI Center and related automation technologies. - Evaluate and implement AI-enabled workflow enhancements that improve business outcomes and operational efficiency. - Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web services, and third-party platforms. - Support end-to-end process automation across business-critical systems. - Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot production issues. - Diagnose automation failures, optimize workflows, and implement enhancements. - Maintain reliable and scalable automation solutions in production environments. - Develop and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), Process Definition Documents (PDDs), technical documentation, and operational runbooks. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. - Contribute to automation standards, governance practices, and reusable development frameworks. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing support, and production validation activities. - Ensure automation solutions align with operational requirements, security standards, and development best practices. - Maintain reusable automation components and development assets. - Support quality assurance efforts through testing, validation, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Recommend enhancements that improve automation reliability, maintainability, and business value. Qualifications - 3+ years of progressive software development, automation engineering, or related technical experience. - 1+ year of hands-on UiPath development experience. - Experience designing and deploying automation solutions using Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, or similar. - Experience working with APIs, web services, data integration technologies, and database query languages. - Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, and intelligent automation capabilities. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to independently diagnose and resolve automation issues. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Authorization to work in the United States.
