CNC Agency (formerly Coffee ’n Clothes) is an experiential marketing agency born from culture and built for connection. We create experiences, stories, and products that people love and that help brands grow. We put people first and design accordingly, seamlessly blending strategy, creativity, production, and culture to turn ideas into experiences that move people. Because amazing things happen to brands when they build for humans, not algorithms. We are currently seeking a Senior Account Director. We’re looking for a seasoned leader who can see both the big picture and the smallest details, someone who elevates ideas into world-class executions, guides clients with confidence and vision, and empowers teams to do the best work of their careers. This role is ideal for a strategic, client-first leader who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, experiential innovation, and business growth. At this level, you will own a flagship client or a portfolio of clients with $10M+ in annual revenue, serving as the senior-most day-to-day leader and strategic steward of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Serve as the senior strategic partner for a flagship client or multiple top-tier clients valued at $10M+ annually, building trusted relationships from first pitch through long-term partnership. - Lead the development of robust, insight-driven experiential strategies that deliver on business objectives and set new benchmarks for the category. - Drive organic and net-new growth by identifying white space, shaping bold ideas, and positioning CNC as an industry leader. - Own accountability for client growth, retention, and measurable impact across large, complex accounts. - Author, negotiate, and manage sophisticated scopes of work and multi-stream budgets, advocating for smart investment, resourcing, and margin health. - Own cross-functional leadership across large-scale activations, ensuring strategic cohesion across creative, production, strategy, and client services. - Set the standard for delivery: keeping work on brief, on budget, and consistently exceeding expectations. - Shape and review senior-level client presentations, clearly articulating strategic insights, creative vision, and ROI. - Leverage data and KPIs to evaluate performance, strengthen client reporting, and inform future initiatives. - Anticipate financial and operational challenges, applying strategic prioritization to protect both excellence and profitability. - Lead, coach, and develop Account Directors, Managers, and Coordinators, ensuring strong performance, growth, and engagement. - Champion CNC’s internal processes, continuously optimizing workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality. - Help evolve agency best practices by creating tools, templates, and rituals that elevate standards and culture. - Partner with senior leadership to align flagship client success with CNC’s broader vision and long-term business goals. - Bring forward industry intelligence, best-in-class case studies, and emerging formats that inspire teams and differentiate CNC’s offerings. The salary range for this role is $160,000.00 to $200,000.00. Where a candidate falls within this band will depend on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, demonstrated performance, specific skills, geographical location, and internal equity. We regularly benchmark roles to market data and ensure pay is aligned with the role’s scope and impact. At CNC Agency, great ideas come from diverse perspectives. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their full selves to work. All qualified applicants will be considered, no matter race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected status.
