Learning Technology Administrator

• Provide technical support to users with software-related questions or issues within the LMS • Regularly update, maintain, and improve learning systems and tools • Provide assistance to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems • Upload, organize, and maintain training content, courses, and resources within the LMS and other platforms • Generate and analyze reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other key metrics • Oversee and maintain data dashboards that track and present key performance metrics for organizational projects • Develop technical documentation and articles for a support knowledge base • Ensure the LMS meets organizational compliance standards and training requirements • Create, adapt, and provide training to users on how to navigate and utilize the LMS effectively • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, test new features, and implement updates

Job Requirements

  • 3 years' experience with LMS platforms, Smartsheet and Power BI
  • 3 years experience with Camtasia and Articulate
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with e-learning standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with learning content files such as SCORM packages, xAPI files, HTML5 content, and other digital learning formats
  • Understanding of current social issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Experience managing communication with external and internal stakeholders (customers, product owner, executives, etc.)
  • Experience supporting a wide range of users with varying technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Multimedia or Microlearning Certifications a plus.

Role Description We're about to launch a payments venture on top of Rootstock, Bitcoin's EVM-compatible sidechain. This is a 0 → 1 role — you'll take proven protocol-level technology and shape it into a portfolio of payment products, such as remittances, merchant pay, or agentic transactions.
