• Professional support for up to 10 Acura practices in all organizational and administrative matters • Point of contact for practice staff (particularly on-site practice managers) for everyday practice management questions and support of the practices in daily operations (management, organization, assistance, personnel, etc.) • Direct communication with the medical directors and local practice managers on routine and strategic issues • Continuous strategic development of the practices by preparing recommendations for action and implementing implementation plans in coordination with Acura executive management and the medical directors • Organizational interface between Acura executive management and the practices (practice and team organization) • Internal interface with other company departments (finance, IT, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in practice management as a practice manager, ZMV (dental administrative assistant) or ZFA (dental assistant), ideally with personnel leadership experience
- Successfully completed relevant vocational dental training, e.g. dental assistant (ZFA), dental administrative assistant (ZMV), healthcare management clerk/administrator, or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of common practice management systems (Z1, DS-Win, Charly)
- Pragmatism, proactivity, flexibility
- Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
- Friendly, confident and assertive manner
- Willingness to travel and be flexible at short notice, combined with strong organizational skills
