Real Estate Manager

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager with hands-on experience using Rent Manager software. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, effective rent collection, proper maintenance coordination, and accurate financial reporting. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with strong property management and bookkeeping knowledge. - Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. - Follow up, calling, emailing, and texting to collect rent delinquencies. - Oversee rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments using Rent Manager. - Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports through Rent Manager. - Market vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements. - Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management. - Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests. - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance. - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for properties. - Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and housing regulations. - Collaborate with owners to provide updates on property performance and financial status. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Property Manager or Rent Collector. - Strong proficiency in Rent Manager software. - Knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations. - Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Role Description Reporting to the Senior Director, Government Business Development, the Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts will support JFF’s pursuit and proposal development for mission-aligned federal, state, and/or local grants and contracts (most notably, the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor, and other agencies) as well as institutional and individual funding opportunities, as needed. The Senior Manager, Clinical Quality leads Grow's Clinical Quality branch, owning team performance and clinical quality outcomes across a network of 26,000+ independently licensed providers. You will manage Clinical Quality Specialists, set the clinical standard for what good looks like across the branch's workstreams, and operate as a highly independent leader who drives results without requiring close direction. This role is the day-to-day owner of Grow's provider quality program, from data interpretation and network management to MIC standards, VBC performance monitoring, and payor audit readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Payor teams to translate clinical quality priorities into organizational action.
