No-Code Business Analyst

Creatio

• Create application UIs using No-code designer tools, including a drag-and-drop interface for composing UI for pages and sections, simplifying and accelerating the development process. • Develop server logic automation using no-code business process tools to implement complex logic for applications, tailored to BPMN notation, leveraging no-code capabilities to streamline automation. • Create web services for system integration using no-code tools, including designing RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces to enable seamless data exchange. • Create and configure webhook services using no-code tools to receive requests from external services, ensuring proper authentication and data handling. • Design database structures using Creatio Objects designer, defining tables, relationships, and data fields to ensure scalability and performance. • Decompose User Stories into executable tasks for no-code creation. • Conduct market research to generate insights on competitors, industry trends, and analytical reports to identify opportunities for product improvement. • Conduct interviews with end users or solution consultants to gather customer feedback and key product requirements. • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure both manual and automated testing of created solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in conducting business analysis and research tasks, including market research, competitor analysis, and gathering business requirements to shape product features.
  • Knowledge of database management, including key principles of T-SQL, data queuing, designing relationships, view models, indexes, and understanding the fundamentals of complex selection queries such as joins and sub-selects.
  • Solid understanding of BPMN notation principles, with the ability to model business processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Proven experience working within software development teams or as a business analyst for IT projects, demonstrating effective collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring information systems through UI-based tools, ensuring optimal user experiences.
  • Strong general understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods to ensure seamless implementation of no-code solutions.
  • A fast learner, capable of quickly adapting to new UI tools and technologies, with an eagerness to continuously expand your skill set.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to conduct interviews and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
