Role Description The purpose of this position is to perform Sales and Marketing Support activities for the MF product line of responsibility, in Poland. The responsibility of this position is to ensure both AGCO Staff & Sales Distribution network are fully up to date with all information relating to the products to enable them to achieve AGCO's goals, throughout Poland. The role is responsible for: - Initiation, development and coordination of Product Information on the product attributes - Providing Sales Training on the product This position will interface on a regular basis with other disciplines within the company, including Sales, Engineering, Product Reliability and Parts. In addition, the position will need to liaise with the Marketing representatives of AGCO brands (MF, Fendt, Valtra) within Poland. Your Impact - Product Support: All aspects of Sales related technical queries on the product of responsibility. - Ensure timely response to critical requests wherever possible. - Provide field support & training for Distribution, Dealers and internal staff. - Ensure that all product knowledge is current and maintained up to date. - Assist in the planning of any new Product introductions. - Provide support for Photo / Field shoots. - Product Communication: Produce Product Bulletins for the product of responsibility. - Produce & maintain up to date Product Information Guide. - Communicate in an effective manner Product Development issues to Marketing. - Assist in identifying & understanding future market & product development needs. - Recommend specification modification based on customer/market. - Product & Sales Training: In conjunction with the relevant Sales teams, identify all product & sales training requirements for both Internal AGCO and Distribution staff. - Plan, develop and organize product training courses, with all related supporting documentation. - Ensure that all benefits of the product versus competitive machines are communicated in a timely manner. - Participation in brand internal trainings about technical features and economy. - Transfer of information into the local sales team (Train-the-Trainer-Concept). - Competitive Analysis: Develop & Maintain Competitive comparison database on Competitive Products. - Identify & maintain databases on commercial trends of all major competitors. - Participate in major farm shows. Qualifications - Education / Diploma / Degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering / Agronomy - 3-5 years of Business experience - High degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel - Fluency in English speaking - Good general understanding of both agriculture and agricultural machinery and its application in the field - Strong Communication skills in listening, questioning, explaining, giving feedback - Strong Interpersonal skills in building relationships, sensitivity, handling conflict - A Passion for Continuous Learning - Flexibility in being responsive, creative, adaptable, and manage change - Self-management in managing stress, time and work, self-starting, learning Your Workplace AGCO office is located at Paczkowo (POL_Paczkowo), Poland.
