• Provide troubleshooting, adjustment, and repair support and guidance to field offices for both Otis and non-Otis's products. • Manage product/component upgrades, repairs, retrofits, and developing technical information.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5+ years of Otis / Elevator industry experience.
  • Field experience is a must.
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair various elevator products including the ability to do so remotely.
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.
