Role Description This role is for one of our clients. Job Title: Junior Post-Production Expert - Lightworks Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote In this position, you will utilize your expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your efforts will influence how models learn, reason, and function by providing high-quality, real-world data. No previous AI experience is necessary — what matters most is your domain knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze non-linear editing (NLE) workflows and verify AI-driven directives for advanced trimming, console-based editing, and effective bin management within Lightworks. - Examine post-production procedures, concentrating on specialized features such as the Shark console, multi-cam capabilities, and VFX routing in the Lightworks platform. - Review AI suggestions concerning media formats and codec compliance to guarantee smooth delivery for AVID/ProTools interchange and XML/EDL exports. - Validate AI-generated user interface (UI) guidelines, especially related to the fixed and flexible layout options unique to Lightworks. - Detect and resolve complex project-sharing and metadata issues, offering feedback to enhance the AI system’s comprehension. - Ensure AI accurately describes workflows involving proxy media, local and linked files, along with sophisticated media management techniques. - Confirm the proper application of node-based effects and LUT adjustments within Lightworks projects. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Lightworks, with a focus on fast, keyboard-centric editing workflows. - Extensive background in video production, editing, and composition within professional or high-volume settings. - In-depth knowledge of link-based versus local media workflows and proxy management in the Lightworks environment. - Strong skills in advanced VFX, color grading, and implementation of node-based effects. - Capability to troubleshoot complex technical problems, including metadata inconsistencies and challenges in collaborative projects. - Familiarity with industry-standard delivery formats, interchange protocols, and workflow optimization strategies. - High attention to detail and dedication to producing excellent post-production outcomes. Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience as a junior film editor, post-production specialist, or video producer with substantial use of Lightworks. - Practical knowledge of multi-cam editing and advanced console operations, including the Shark console, in Lightworks. - Experience working with AI tools or participating in evaluation processes related to media production is advantageous. Role Description Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer, Live Operations to join our Marvel Strike Force team remotely in the United States or Canada on a remote basis. As a Senior Producer on Live Operations for Marvel Strike Force, you’ll help deliver the “live show” for players: - Events, offers, battle passes, and seasonal moments that feel cohesive, compelling, and worth players’ time and investment. - Partner closely with Live Ops leadership and a cross-disciplinary team to plan work, keep execution predictable, reduce incidents, and continuously improve how we operate.
