Role Description Join our team at GoDaddy as a Finance Manager, focusing on modelling, tracking, and understanding the business drivers that make GoDaddy tick. This role involves: - Partnering with leadership to identify key opportunities, build financial models, and support strategic decision-making, including ad-hoc analysis and clear communication of financial information across the organization. - Taking ownership of consolidating budgets and forecasts across products and operations, performing variance analysis for OPEX, and supporting key financial decisions. - Collaborating with Business Unit Finance Teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes while fostering a collaborative and outcomes-focused work environment. - Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities and financial initiatives to drive business growth and profitability. - Building and analysing reports using Workday Adaptive Planning to deliver actionable financial insights. Qualifications - 6+ years proven experience in finance, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in a global organization. - Strong technical skills in Excel. - Strong experience communicating financials effectively at all levels. - Past experience collaborating across various regions, teams, customers, and external partners to optimize performance, solve problems, and achieve results. Requirements - Proven hands-on experience building AI agents. - Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance. - Knowledge of Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight.
