• Help build and evolve our next-generation cloud based compute platform for digitally-delivered life insurance • Collaborate with other developers and a product manager to build software that is part of Sureify’s core product suite

• Build and test smart contracts in Solidity for EVM-based blockchains • Ensure the correctness of financial algorithms • Build back-end web services that interact with blockchains • Keep a pulse on the DeFi ecosystem and identify improvements or areas of growth for the protocol • Enthusiastically collaborate with a small team, owning and planning projects for long-term impact • Teach and mentor other engineers

• You will be an integral part of a growing engineering team. As one of the first 5 engineers, you’ll have tremendous ownership over the platform as a whole as well as product areas. As our team is small and close-knit, you’ll get to work hand in hand with our CEO and CTO. • … will be quintessential startup vibes. You’ll decide which parts of the platform you’re most interested in, take ownership, and build it out. You’ll be able to work with little oversight in a no red-tape environment, and have fun doing it. You’ll iterate on product workflows and furiously ship to production. Towards the end of your 90 days, you’ll get to see live customers using what you just built, and even chat with our early adopters to take it to the next level.

• Work closely with Dante team and client stakeholders using Cloud Native Architecture (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.) • Work across full technology stack to deliver end to end solutions using Lean methodologies • Work closely with teams and independently to complete deliverables on time • Continue to learn and introduce emerging technologies that may provide more effective solutions
