• Participate in triage calls involving clients and 3rd-party vendors. Analyze reported issues and determine if the reported issue falls within Sureify systems or an external partner and direct the resolution path accordingly. • Go beyond note-taking by performing initial investigation of issues by querying data and reviewing logs. You'll use SQL (or similar tools) to pull information from databases, and add technical context to your tickets. • Translate client discussions into clear, actionable internal tickets for both Project/Development and Production/Support. • Facilitate hand-offs with our India-based engineering teams, including occasional early-morning syncs to align overnight progress with US client priorities. • Design and structure our Professional Services Confluence sites. This includes organizing the site structure, maintaining page content, and keeping our internal "source of truth" accurate and easy to navigate. • Own the end-to-end process for customer satisfaction surveys and feedback loops. This includes facilitating surveys, analyzing response data, and presenting actionable insights to leadership to improve our service delivery. • Take ownership of customer operations projects, such as support portals - gathering requirements, defining scope and delivering solutions to internal teams for ongoing operations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives and revenue goals. • Partner closely with the Chief Customer Officer and Sales leadership to drive pipeline generation, account expansion, customer engagement, and market positioning. • Serve as the strategic steward of the Sureify brand, ensuring consistency across messaging, visual identity, thought leadership, events, digital channels, and customer experiences. • Lead demand generation initiatives across inbound, outbound, ABM, partner marketing, events, and digital campaigns. • Own marketing operations, planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and KPI measurement with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI. • Translate company strategy and product direction into compelling market narratives and differentiated positioning. • Oversee development of marketing content, sales enablement materials, website strategy, customer communications, and product marketing assets. • Act as a player-coach leader for a small team of marketing professionals and agency partners, balancing leadership, mentorship, and direct execution. • Drive cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product, Account Management, and Executive Leadership. • Lead creative direction for campaigns, content, brand evolution, and market presence. • Establish scalable processes, workflows, and operational rigor within the marketing organization. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive positioning, and campaign performance to continuously refine strategy.

• Define the long-term roadmap for the DFA APIs, ensuring they don't just meet technical standards but provide a competitive edge for carriers. • Define how DFA APIs evolve into and alongside our CoreCONNECT platform, enabling carriers and partners to build differentiated experiences on top of a flexible, extensible API layer. • Seed the market for an emerging product by working with marketing, sales, and potential customers. • Serve as Sureify’s representative and thought leader in industry working groups shaping IRI Digital First for Annuities standards, influencing how carriers, distributors, and vendors define and adopt modern annuity APIs. • Engage deeply with annuity carriers and distributors to understand the friction points in the current annuity ecosystem and how our APIs can solve them. • Author clear, actionable specs for complex API workflows that account for high configurability requirements. • Partner closely with engineering to build a high-performance, scalable API layer. You’ll ensure the product is "developer-friendly" for both internal professional services teams and external systems integrators. • Align internal stakeholders on our strategy and roadmap. Partner with product engineering to build, with professional services to ensure the APIs are easily deployable in the field, and with sales to help close customers.

Qualifications - 8+ years of leadership experience in client services, account management, or solution delivery within the enterprise SaaS, InsurTech, or financial services industries. - Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and delivering complex technology solutions. - Strong ability to build a strategic partnership with clients. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to business audiences. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. - Ability to travel to clients 20% of the time. Requirements - Base annual salary: $200,000 — $225,000 USD.
