Role Description Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to build and scale critical systems across backend services and user-facing applications on their trading platform. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who enjoys solving complex engineering problems in environments where latency, correctness, reliability, and user experience are essential. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will contribute hands-on across core backend systems and frontend applications, working on components such as trading workflows, user lifecycle, risk and margin flows, financial data surfaces, and real-time interfaces. The ideal candidate will combine strong backend depth with frontend ownership and will be comfortable driving technical execution, code quality, and architectural decisions as an individual contributor. Performs both supervisory and non-supervisory duties; Candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of Federal, Local, and Army environmental, safety, and occupational health methods, practices, principles and procedures to perform effectively. - Promotes a wide variety of training activities designed to achieve awareness of environmental, safety, and health hazards and corresponding preventive procedures. - On a recurring basis, inspects facilities and organizations to cite legal violations, recommend corrective actions, and ensure that hazardous conditions are eliminated. - Works with managers, supervisors, leads, and officials to eliminate or control hazardous operations or conditions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, health or related discipline, or combination Associates degree with four-year experience equivalent in hazard/impact identification and industrial hygiene operations. - Two-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. - Minimum six-year experience as a senior environmental, safety, and health specialist with two years in a leadership position. - Experience in industrial hygiene and environmental compliance program, having working knowledge of management systems such as ANSI Z-10, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. - Familiar with DOD, Army, EPA, and Federal regulations. Military background is beneficial. - Excellent English communication and writing skills are required. - Advanced experience in computer operations including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications. - Great organizational skills and a strong ability to work independently and as a member of a robust team.
