Qualifications - Une expérience commerciale avérée : vous avez atteint des objectifs de vente et pouvez citer des chiffres concrets (taux de conversion, chiffre d'affaires, classement de l'équipe). - La capacité à vendre des voyages avec un panier moyen considérable : vous avez vendu des produits ou services d'une valeur supérieure à 2.000 € et savez justifier un prix élevé sans avoir recours à des remises. - Une approche consultative : vous évaluez les besoins avant de faire une proposition et adaptez votre recommandation au client, et non l'inverse. - Un goût pour le rythme et le volume : un flux constant d’opportunités qualifiées — la qualité de la qualification prime sur le volume de ventes conclues. - Aisance avec les outils numériques : CRM, logiciel de planification de déplacements, appels vidéo. La technologie est un levier, pas un obstacle. - Une véritable ouverture aux retours : vous écoutez, vous testez, vous ajustez. L'amélioration continue n'est pas un slogan, c'est votre façon de travailler. Requirements - Expérience commerciale : vous avez vendu, vous avez une expérience avec la data, vous savez ce que signifie avoir un objectif à atteindre. - Vente axée sur la valeur : vous tenez vos prix, vous racontez une histoire, vous ne faites pas de remise par réflexe. - Responsabilité client : vous accompagnez le client du premier contact jusqu'au suivi post-voyage. - Rythme et rigueur : vous maintenez l'intensité dans la durée, avec une gestion rigoureuse dans le CRM. - Capacité à être coaché : vous acceptez les retours, vous vous adaptez, vous progressez rapidement.
