Supervisor – Supply Chain Operations

• Oversee all supply chain operations involving 3PL partners, web carriers, and distribution center appointment scheduling • Act as the central point of communication for supply chain activities, including transportation and DC coordination • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews while providing ongoing guidance and development opportunities for all associates • Manage and maintain communication across supply chain operations to ensure service levels are met • Oversee key functions including appointment scheduling, inventory and warehouse operations, vendor onboarding, customer escalations, and backorder management • Coordinate and communicate project and holiday planning activities across internal teams, DCs, and 3PL partners • Maintain and update performance metrics and review internal processes for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management
  • General Logistics experience (3-5 yrs)
  • Ability to Supervise 3-5 people (2+ yrs)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
