Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar as demandas do dia a dia, apoiar os profissionais em suas rotinas operacionais, fortalecer o relacionamento com a comunidade e construir comunicações que gerem engajamento. - Ser o ponto focal de comunicação com os psicólogos, respondendo dúvidas, orientando e atendendo solicitações via Octadesk, e-mail e canais internos; - Atuar como ponte entre os profissionais e as áreas internas da Telavita, centralizando e garantindo a assertividade das comunicações; - Atuar na gestão da comunidade de psicólogos, mantendo um ambiente acolhedor, organizado e engajado; - Criar e publicar comunicações e conteúdos educativos sobre rotinas operacionais da plataforma; - Monitorar interações, dúvidas recorrentes e feedbacks da comunidade; - Organizar dinâmicas, iniciativas e ações de engajamento dentro da comunidade; - Realizar interface com o time de tecnologia para reporte e acompanhamento de bugs identificados pelos profissionais; - Apoiar indicadores da área relacionados à experiência e suporte da comunidade. Qualifications - Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Psicologia, Comunicação, Administração, RH, Marketing ou áreas correlatas; - Experiência prévia com atendimento, suporte, relacionamento com cliente/comunidade ou operações; - Boa comunicação escrita e verbal; - Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e plataformas de atendimento; - Capacidade de criar comunicações orientadas a resultado, que gerem ação; - Interesse ou experiência com comunicação persuasiva, marketing de conteúdo ou endomarketing; - Perfil relacional, proativo e colaborativo.
